Because our stores vary in size, not all of them will have every piece on display. Please do not hesitate to contact us and ask whether the product of interest is displayed in the store you intend to visit. If it’s not, we might direct you to the store where you can see and touch the finish first-hand.
Our products cannot be purchased online. Products shown on our site is for viewing and information purpose only. To be convinced of Teak World’s quality, we believe that you need to personally come try the products in store.

We do not have a main catalogue as we often bring new collections throughout the year. All models of our new collections are updated on our site.

Leading design. KUKA invests tremendous resources in product research and development. Working with 11 global design teams (like Joli Design from France, Archirivolto Design from Italy etc.), and have their own 110 designers, KUKA can produce 100 new drawings per month, 550 new products per year. On the other hand, more than 10 years experienced R&D workers with refined art craft always could implement what you can imagine and want. So far, KUKAHOME won 31 Furniture Design Golden Awards, over 100 other Awards and won 1 Red Dot(iF) Award in 2016.
Options variety. KUKA’s 300 different design options vary from the stationary sofa, accent chair, bed, dining and ottoman. Materials vary from leather, bonded leather, PU and different styles of fabrics.
Reliable quality. With KUKA’s exceptional professional quality control team their claim percentage always control under 0.5%, which is very minor.
All in all, KUKA is not the cheapest but is the most reliable supplier you can count on.
Teak World does accept major credit cards.
Our available and non-custom furniture is delivered at your place the week following your purchase. You are contacted by our Delivery team for date confirmation and eventual arrangements.
You can pick up your home accessories and accents immediately after your purchase.
All of our products which you order take up to 4 months to reach our stores. Our Delivery team will then contact you for your delivery.
Teak World is proud to offer a ‘White Glove’ delivery service – it means that our delivery team will unload, unpack, assemble and place your furniture in the room of your choice. All of this, free of charge!
However, we can provide this service only if there are no access restrictions.
Unfortunately, our delivery team will not remove or move any of your furniture. You need to have your space prepared for your new Teak World furniture.
When placing an order, depending on the type of product, you are expected to make a 50% deposit of the price. Full payment is expected prior to delivery of your order.

Yes! We offer payment facilities through CIM Finance and Rogers Capital.
You will need to contact the store where you purchased your furniture and give evidence that you are eligible for a warranty claim. Our Sales Consultants will require your original purchase invoice as well as the receipt and photos of the damaged product.
